Carmine Therapeutics is a biotechnology company pioneering a new class of non-viral gene therapies based on red blood cell-derived extracellular vesicles (RBCEVs). Utilizing its proprietary REGENT platform, the company develops therapies capable of delivering large genetic payloads, such as mRNA and large DNA constructs, which are often too large for traditional viral vectors.
