Company intelligence / Profile preview
Carmot's lead asset (CT-388) demonstrated substantial weight loss in Phase 1b studies and is being developed as a dual GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist for obesity and diabetes. Additional assets (CT-996, CT-868) are in Phase 1 and Phase 2 trials, respectively, for obesity, type 2 and type 1 diabetes. All assets have shown encouraging early clinical safety and efficacy results, with CT-388 displaying best-in-class potential for weight loss and metabolic diseases[2][1][4].
