Carnegie Investment Bank is an independent Nordic investment bank founded in Sweden with roots dating back to 1803. It offers securities brokerage/trading/research, investment banking/corporate finance advisory—including significant activity serving healthcare/life sciences clients—and private wealth management. While it plays an important role advising biotech/pharma/healthcare firms on financing/M&A deals, it is not itself a life science or health sector operating company—it does not develop therapeutics or own clinical programs.
