It operates leading brands such as Ecocash (mobile payments), Steward Bank (digital banking), Ecosure/Moova (insurance), Ecofarmer (agritech), Akello Books/Ruzivo/Muzinda Hub (e-learning), Ownai (commerce platform), Maisha Health Fund/Health Tips App/Vaya Africa. The company has a dominant market share in mobile money in Zimbabwe and significant presence across Africa[4][5].

It does not develop therapeutics or diagnostics; its health-related activities are limited to digital health payments/insurance platforms.

The company was spun out of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in 2018 to focus on non-telco digital businesses[5].
