Founded in 1994 and headquartered in St. Louis, the company utilized a vast network of retail pharmacies to deliver tailored, direct-to-patient communications, including refill reminders and disease-state education. Its services were designed to improve patient outcomes by increasing compliance with prescribed medication regimens through data-driven insights and point-of-care engagement. In 2013, the company was acquired by inVentiv Health and merged with Adheris to create the largest patient adherence network in the United States. The combined entity now operates as part of Syneos Health.
