Overview
CatalYm’s lead antibody, visugromab, has shown durable anti-tumor efficacy and long-lasting objective responses in relapsed and refractory metastatic solid tumor patients when combined with anti-PD‑1 therapy. In the GDFATHER trial, an objective response rate of ~16.7% was observed across heavily pretreated patients with NSCLC, urothelial carcinoma, and HCC. The average duration of response exceeded 15 months for NSCLC; most responses are ongoing. Safety profile has been excellent to date.
