Catalyst Investments

Catalyst Investments is an Israeli multi-fund investment firm founded in 1999 that backs growth-stage and mature technology companies with an Israel nexus. The firm is not itself a drug developer, biotech company, or healthcare operating company; rather, it is an investor across multiple technology sectors, including life sciences, medtech, and biotechnology alongside software, cybersecurity, mobility, energy, and other fields. Catalyst positions itself as a long-term partner for growth and provides portfolio companies with capital, board-level support, international business networks, and access to cross-border capital markets and M&A expertise. Its newer vehicles, including Catalyst IV, focus on mature category-leading companies and may include life sciences among target sectors. Because it is an investment platform rather than a therapeutic developer, traditional biotech pipeline, modality, target, and indication fields are generally not applicable at the firm level.
