Overview
Catapult Therapeutics is conducting a Phase 1 clinical trial of CAP-100, a first-in-class humanized anti-CCR7 monoclonal antibody, in patients with relapsed or refractory CLL. The study aims to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/dynamics, and preliminary efficacy. Preclinical data showed CAP‑100 can inhibit cancer cell migration to lymph nodes and induce tumor cell killing while sparing normal blood cells. The trial is being conducted at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and other US sites[5][6].
