Overview
TenoMiR, a one-time injectable miR29a mimic, has shown significant improvement in tendon healing in preclinical models. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase II trial for tennis elbow/lateral epicondylitis. There are no approved therapies for tendinopathy; TenoMiR aims to address this unmet need by restoring normal tendon structure through microRNA modulation. Early data indicate potential to improve function and reduce pain.
