CDP Equity

CDP Equity is an Italian state-owned holding and investment company wholly owned by the CDP Group (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti). It acts as a long-term strategic investor in companies of national interest and, through asset-management subsidiaries and fund structures, is active in venture capital, private equity, and private debt. The company is not itself a biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company, although it has participated in selected health-related investments such as digital health and biotech-focused funding initiatives. Its business centers on capital allocation, portfolio management, and support for innovation, industrial development, and internationalization of Italian enterprises.
