Overview
CDR-Life has advanced two programs into clinical testing. Its lead oncology program, CDR404—a dual MAGE-A4 T cell engager for solid tumors—entered Phase 1 trials in May 2024. Another candidate licensed to Boehringer Ingelheim for geographic atrophy (BI 771716) began a Phase 1 trial in late 2023. No published efficacy results yet; both are early-stage clinical studies focused on safety and pharmacokinetics.
