Overview
Celest is leading the clinical development of SN301A/SENTI‑301A, an off-the-shelf CAR-NK cell therapy targeting GPC3 in hepatocellular carcinoma. The first patient was dosed in a Phase I trial in China in December 2024. The trial aims to assess safety and preliminary anti-tumor activity; initial data are pending but the program represents one of the first applications of Senti Bio’s Gene Circuit technology in solid tumors through a partnership with Senti Biosciences[9][6].
