Overview

Celexion developed the SECANT yeast display platform for rapid, high-throughput discovery and engineering of human monoclonal antibodies against complex protein targets. Their assets and platform were acquired by Agenus in 2015 to integrate with additional antibody discovery technologies for immuno-oncology and infectious diseases. Celexion had at least one preclinical siRNA program targeting Nav1.5 for colorectal cancer.
