Cellab CDMO is an Andorran contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in cell and gene therapies (CGT) and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). As the first biotechnology company in Andorra, it provides end-to-end services ranging from early-stage R&D and conceptual development to GMP-compliant manufacturing and clinical trial support. The company operates a 1,300 m² pharmaceutical plant with clean rooms certified by AEMPS and AABB, focusing on regenerative medicine, cell banking, and the production of CAR-T, TILs, and mesenchymal stem cells. Cellab CDMO collaborates with European hospitals and research groups to accelerate the translation of innovative cell-based treatments from bench to bedside.
