Cellular Technology Limited (CTL) is a life science tools and immune-monitoring company focused on ELISPOT and FluoroSpot-based cellular immune assay workflows. The company develops and commercializes ImmunoSpot analyzers, assay software, kits, media, positive controls, and reference PBMC products, and also provides contract immune-monitoring services for research and clinical studies. CTL’s offerings are used in translational research, regulated clinical trials, vaccine development, immune-oncology, infectious disease, and cell therapy applications. Originally founded as a Case Western Reserve University spinout, the business built a specialized position in functional T-cell and B-cell response measurement. In April 2026, CTL was acquired by VION Biosciences and continues to operate within VION’s broader life sciences workflow platform.
