Celopharma

Celopharma was a Canadian pharmaceutical commercialization and distribution company focused on niche pharmaceutical products, particularly in women's health. The company is best known as the exclusive Canadian distributor of the mifepristone-based medical abortion product Mifegymiso. Celopharma provided licensing, regulatory, marketing, and distribution services rather than operating as a traditional drug discovery biotech with a broad R&D pipeline. The company was founded in 2015 in Concord, Ontario, and was acquired by Linepharma on March 1, 2019. Following the acquisition, Celopharma appears to have been integrated into Linepharma's North American operations.
