The Center for Supporting Hematology-Oncology Trials (C-SHOT) is a Japanese non-profit organization that provides specialized clinical research support services for the hematology and oncology sectors. Founded in 2003, the organization functions as a specialized clinical research organization (CRO) for investigator-initiated trials, offering expertise in data management, monitoring, and statistical analysis. C-SHOT works in close collaboration with the Japanese Society of Hematology and major clinical study groups like the Japan Adult Leukemia Study Group (JALSG).
