Central Therapeutics

Central Therapeutics is an early-stage biotechnology company founded in 2025 by ADAR1 Partners to develop next-generation bispecific antibodies for immunology and inflammatory (I&I) diseases. The company's lead program, CTX-001, is a bispecific antibody designed to provide a disease-modifying, functional cure for allergic conditions such as allergic asthma and food allergies. Its second candidate, CTX-002, targets atopic dermatitis by modulating both Th1 and Th2 immune pathways while maintaining critical regulatory feedback loops. Central Therapeutics operates as an incubator venture under the ADAR1 Partners fund and leverages discovery collaborations with Adimab to advance its antibody candidates toward clinical entry.
