Centro Hospitalar do Tâmega e Sousa (CHTS) is a major public healthcare organization based in the Northern region of Portugal, serving a population of approximately 500,000 residents. The center operates through two primary hospital units: Hospital Padre Américo in Penafiel and Hospital de São Gonçalo in Amarante.
