The company built a large retail clinic footprint across Iberia and parts of Europe, and has been described by investors and company databases as a market leader in premium laser hair removal using diode laser technology. Rather than a drug-development biotech, it operates as a commercial healthcare services business delivering in-clinic aesthetic procedures. The business was previously majority acquired by H.I.G. Capital and later entered insolvency proceedings in Spain, after which the operating business was approved for acquisition in early 2025 by Athena Dynamics for relaunch.
