Overview
Yaupon Therapeutics developed a proprietary topical gel formulation of mechlorethamine hydrochloride for early-stage mycosis fungoides (a type of CTCL). The product reached NDA submission and FDA review by 2011–2012. The company also advanced lobeline, derived from Lobelia inflata, into clinical trials targeting methamphetamine addiction relapse prevention[3][5]. In January 2012, the company changed its name to Ceptaris Therapeutics and was later acquired.
