Formerly known as Golden Leaf Holdings, the company rebranded to Chalice Brands to align with its flagship retail brand, Chalice Farms. The company's business model encompassed the entire value chain, from high-tech cultivation and CO2 extraction to a network of proprietary retail dispensaries. Its product portfolio included oils, edibles, and flower designed for therapeutic and wellness applications. Following a period of significant financial distress and debt, the company entered a court-appointed receivership in May 2023, leading to the liquidation and sale of its operational assets.
