Chapel Hill Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine (CHOSSM) was a private medical practice based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, specializing in comprehensive orthopedic care and sports medicine. In 2016, CHOSSM merged with several other independent orthopedic practices across North Carolina to form EmergeOrtho, creating one of the largest physician-owned orthopedic groups in the state.
