Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) is a non-profit regional tertiary medical center and academic health system headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia. As one of the state's largest healthcare providers and employers, it operates multiple specialized campuses including Memorial Hospital, General Hospital, Women and Children's Hospital, and Teays Valley Hospital. CAMC is recognized for its comprehensive clinical services in cardiology, oncology, robotic surgery, and trauma care, and it serves as a major teaching hospital for medical and nursing students. In 2022, CAMC merged with Mon Health System to form Vandalia Health, expanding its reach as a leading integrated healthcare delivery network in the Appalachian region.
