Company intelligence / Profile preview
CPC-201, the company's lead program, is a combination of donepezil (acetylcholinesterase inhibitor) and solifenacin (peripheral cholinergic blocker) designed for improved cognitive benefit and tolerability in Alzheimer's disease. Phase 2 trials demonstrated higher tolerated dosing of donepezil with fewer dose-limiting side effects. At Allergan’s acquisition the program was Phase 3-ready.[2]
