Chatham-Kent Hospice

Chatham-Kent Hospice is a Canadian nonprofit hospice and palliative care organization serving the Chatham-Kent community in Ontario. It operates a 10-bed residential hospice and also provides end-of-life care coordination, grief and bereavement support, spiritual care, and related supportive services for residents and families. The organization is partially funded by Ontario Health, with additional operating support raised through the separate Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation. Since opening its residential hospice in 2016, it has cared for more than 1,700 residents and their families and has supported thousands of bereaved individuals.
