Formerly known as Techedge, Inc., the company pivoted to the life sciences sector in 2006, establishing a significant presence through its subsidiary network and a key joint venture with Zhejiang Tianyuan Biopharma. Its product portfolio included a seasonal influenza vaccine and an allergy vaccine candidate developed in collaboration with a European partner. Additionally, the company maintained a distribution agreement with Takeda for the anti-inflammatory drug serrapeptase.
