HJ Science Co., Ltd. (formerly Chengdu Huajian Future Technology Co., Ltd.) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Chengdu, China. The company is dedicated to the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative small-molecule therapeutics targeting oncology, autoimmune diseases, and metabolic disorders. HJ Science's advanced pipeline features three core internally developed Class 1 innovative drugs: HJ787, a topical selective TYK2 inhibitor for atopic dermatitis and acne; HJ178, an oral GLP-1/GIP dual receptor agonist for type 2 diabetes and obesity; and HJ891, a lung-targeted oral KRAS G12C inhibitor for non-small cell lung cancer. Additionally, the company is advancing HJ197, a highly selective FGFR4 inhibitor for hepatocellular carcinoma, in Phase 3 clinical trials in collaboration with Junshi Biosciences and Junze Chuangyao.
