Chengdu List Pharmaceutical (also known as Chengdu Lisite Pharmaceutical) is a Chinese pharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of drugs for anesthesia and perioperative care. Founded in 2002 and based in Chengdu, the company is a subsidiary of Jinzhou Aohong Pharmaceutical, which is part of the Fosun Pharma group. Its flagship product is Penehyclidine hydrochloride (Changtuoning), a Class 1 innovative drug in China used as a selective anticholinergic agent for anesthesia premedication and organ protection. The company's pipeline includes Methoxyetomidate Hydrochloride (ET-26), a novel sedative-hypnotic agent that has reached the New Drug Application (NDA) stage in China for the induction of general anesthesia.
