Chestnut Hill Health System

Chestnut Hill Health System, centered around the 148-bed Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, is a community-focused healthcare provider offering a comprehensive suite of medical services. The system provides inpatient and outpatient care, including advanced surgical services, emergency medicine, and specialized programs in cardiology, orthopedics, and women's health. In early 2023, the system was acquired from Tower Health by a consortium led by Temple Health, in partnership with Redeemer Health and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). This strategic transition integrated the community hospital into a larger academic medical network, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality clinical care to the Northwest Philadelphia region.
