Chicago Family Health Center

Chicago Family Health Center is a nonprofit, federally qualified health center serving communities across Chicago’s South Side. Founded in 1977 and renamed from Claretian Medical Center in 1998, the organization provides affordable, culturally sensitive, community-based care through a network of six clinics. Its services include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, men’s health, behavioral health, dental care, chronic disease management, and support services such as care coordination, financial counseling, WIC, and nutrition support. CFHC functions as a healthcare delivery organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company, and it serves more than 30,000 patients annually with over 200 staff.
