China Merchants DiChain Investment Holdings Limited was a Hong Kong-based investment holding company and a member of the China Merchants Group. Established in 2003, the company served as a strategic vehicle for the group's expansion into the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors in mainland China. Its most significant achievement was the acquisition of a controlling interest in Zhejiang University Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Zheda Pharmacy), which it subsequently restructured and listed on the US OTC market through a reverse merger with Wilmington Rexford, forming China Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The company was led by Dr. Fan Di and was involved in several high-profile cross-border pharmaceutical transactions before being dissolved in 2011 following regulatory and legal challenges.
