Choctaw Health Center is a comprehensive healthcare system operated by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians (MBCI) in Choctaw, Mississippi. Established in 1975, the center provides a wide range of medical services to over 11,000 tribal members, including primary care, emergency services, dental care, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. The system operates a modern 180,000-square-foot main hospital facility opened in 2015, along with three satellite clinics in Bogue Chitto, Conehatta, and Red Water. As a DNV-accredited facility, it integrates traditional Choctaw culture with modern medical practices to improve health outcomes for the tribal community.
