Choisy Laboratories

Choisy Laboratories was a Canadian developer and manufacturer of hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and biosecurity solutions rather than a drug-development biotech company. Founded in 1946 and headquartered in Louiseville, Quebec, the company focused on research, manufacturing, and marketing of chemical and biotechnological hygiene products, including eco-labelled and enzyme-based solutions for food service, hospitality, dairy, and industrial markets. In July 2019, Choisy was acquired by Kersia, and the business was later rebranded as Kersia Canada. The company appears to have operated as a fully integrated commercial business spanning formulation, manufacturing, and application services, with a strong presence in eastern Canada and some activity in Europe.
