The company's proprietary Digital Serum Analysis (DSA) platform enabled the detection of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) fragments in the blood to monitor cancer progression and organ transplant health. Their technology focused on identifying genomic copy number variations and chromosomal instabilities as biomarkers for early disease detection and treatment monitoring. In 2021, the company was acquired by OncoCyte to integrate its blood-based monitoring tests into a broader oncology diagnostic portfolio.
