Overview

CicloMed is developing Fosciclopirox (formerly Ciclopirox Prodrug/CPX-POM), which has completed a Phase 1 safety, dose tolerance, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics trial in advanced solid-tumor patients. A Phase 1B expansion cohort study is evaluating Fosciclopirox in cisplatin-ineligible muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) patients. The drug is also part of a Phase 1B/2A study for relapsed or refractory AML.
