Circulate Capital is a Singapore-based investment management firm dedicated to advancing the circular economy and combating plastic pollution, primarily in South and Southeast Asia. Founded in 2018, the firm manages several impact-focused funds, including the Circulate Capital Ocean Fund and Circulate Capital Disrupt, which invest in recycling infrastructure, waste management supply chains, and disruptive climate technologies. The firm is backed by a coalition of major multinational corporations such as PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Dow, and Danone. In early 2026, Circulate Capital announced the first close of its second Asia-focused fund at $220 million to scale circular supply chains and material recovery across high-growth markets.
