circumSPECT

circumSPECT is a German radiopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) tracers for nuclear medicine. Founded in 2016, the company is the exclusive global licensee of 18F-JK-PSMA-7, a novel PET imaging tracer developed by the Jülich Research Center and the University Hospital of Cologne. The tracer has demonstrated high diagnostic accuracy and contrast in detecting small PSMA-positive lesions in prostate cancer patients, particularly those with biochemical recurrence. Having successfully completed a Phase III clinical trial in January 2024, circumSPECT is actively pursuing marketing authorizations across Europe and has partnered with regional distributors like Cyclotron Noordwest to expand patient access.
