Cytiva is a global life sciences tools and bioprocessing company that supplies technologies, consumables, software, and services used across therapeutic discovery, development, and manufacturing. Its portfolio spans chromatography systems and resins, filtration, cell culture media, single-use technologies, genomics tools, and related process development and training services for biopharma, CDMOs, and research customers. The business was created when Danaher acquired GE's biopharma business in 2020 and later integrated the life sciences business of Pall under the Cytiva brand. Cytiva is not a drug developer with a clinical pipeline; instead, it is an enabling platform company supporting production of biologics, vaccines, and cell and gene therapies. The company operates globally and is one of the largest infrastructure providers to the biomanufacturing ecosystem.
