City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) is a prominent social enterprise providing a diverse range of community health and integrated social care services across the North of England. As a co-owned Community Interest Company, it operates independently of the NHS but delivers services on behalf of the National Health Service and local authorities. The organization manages over 80 different services, including community nursing, urgent care, sexual health, and psychological therapies.
