Claratel Behavioral Health

Claratel Behavioral Health (formerly DeKalb Community Service Board) is a major nonprofit provider of comprehensive behavioral health, developmental disability, substance use disorder, and crisis services to underserved populations in DeKalb County and the Atlanta metro area. Rebranded in 2024, the organization has expanded its service infrastructure, including a $25 million crisis center project set to be the largest in Georgia. It operates over 20 locations with a staff of more than 500, serving approximately 11,000 individuals annually, and works closely with local law enforcement through co-responder crisis programs.
