Company intelligence / Profile preview
Claritas MindSciences was a U.S.-based digital therapeutics company focused on evidence-based, mindfulness-driven behavior change programs. Founded by neuroscientist and addiction psychiatrist Dr. Jud Brewer, the company developed app-based interventions targeting anxiety, tobacco addiction, overeating, and related habit-forming conditions. Its products were commercial-stage digital programs rather than traditional drug candidates, positioning the company in behavioral health and digital medicine rather than biotech therapeutics. In June 2020, Sharecare acquired MindSciences and integrated its programs into Sharecare’s broader digital health platform. The company now appears to be inactive as a standalone entity.
