Clay-Park Labs

Clay-Park Labs was a prominent American pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and manufacture of generic topical medications. Based in the Bronx, New York, the company produced a wide range of prescription and over-the-counter products, including creams, ointments, gels, and oral liquids. Founded in 1975, it established a strong reputation for manufacturing high-quality dermatological generics. In 2004, Clay-Park Labs was acquired by Agis Industries for approximately 130 million dollars. Following Perrigo's acquisition of Agis in 2005, the Clay-Park operations were integrated into Perrigo's global manufacturing network. The Bronx facility remains a significant site for Perrigo's topical product division.
