Clerio Vision

Clerio Vision develops non-invasive ophthalmic technologies based on femtosecond laser science licensed from the University of Rochester. Its LIRIC platform enables precise modification of refractive properties in contact lenses, intraocular lenses, and potentially directly within the human cornea. The company targets a broad range of vision disorders including presbyopia, myopia (including pediatric myopic progression), hyperopia, astigmatism and higher order aberrations. At least one clinical study has been completed comparing their single vision/bifocal lens designs to commercial alternatives. Products are currently advancing through clinical development with commercialization plans underway.
