Clinerion

Clinerion is a Swiss health data and clinical research technology company focused on accelerating clinical trials and patient access to treatments through analysis of pseudonymized real-world patient data. The company developed the Patient Network Explorer platform, which supports protocol optimization, site feasibility, and real-time patient search and identification across a global network of healthcare organizations. Clinerion operates as a commercial platform business rather than a therapeutic developer, so it does not maintain a traditional drug pipeline. In 2023, TriNetX agreed to acquire Clinerion from Norstella as part of a broader strategic partnership to expand real-world data capabilities and clinical research network coverage. Clinerion has been headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, with an additional subsidiary presence in Istanbul, Turkey.
