Clinigence Holdings

Clinigence Holdings was a U.S. healthcare information technology and population health management company focused on analytics and software for value-based care. The business provided cloud-based tools that aggregate clinical and claims data to help payers, providers, third-party administrators, ACOs, and risk-bearing organizations improve quality performance, manage utilization, identify gaps in care, and optimize provider networks. Historically, Clinigence Holdings operated as a public company and expanded through acquisitions including Accountable Healthcare America and ProCare Health. In April 2022, Clinigence Holdings completed its merger with Nutex Health and the public entity was renamed Nutex Health. The Clinigence Health operating business and brand continued afterward as a healthcare analytics platform, and in September 2024 Clinigence Health was acquired by AssureCare, where its capabilities were integrated into AssureCare's Akumen analytics offering.
