Clinitec

Clinetic is a U.S. health technology company focused on clinical research operations, especially patient recruitment and real-world data generation from electronic health records. The company developed enterprise software that uses structured and unstructured medical record data, AI-powered clinical curation, and workflow tools to help health systems and life sciences sponsors identify eligible patients and accelerate trial enrollment. Clinetic was spun out of Duke University and built a network connected to hospitals, clinics, and millions of patients for study recruitment and observational research. Its offerings are commercial software and data services rather than therapeutic products. Clinetic was acquired by MRO in 2025 and now operates as part of MRO's clinical data management and research innovation efforts.
