CML HealthCare

CML HealthCare was a Canadian community-based medical diagnostics company that provided laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging services. The company operated patient service centres and imaging sites, with services spanning routine clinical laboratory testing, pathology-related diagnostics, and imaging modalities such as X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, MRI, CT, bone mineral density, and nuclear medicine. CML was headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario and served patients and physicians primarily in Canada, especially Ontario and British Columbia. It was a revenue-generating public healthcare services company rather than a therapeutics developer, so it did not have a traditional drug pipeline. In 2013, CML HealthCare was acquired by LifeLabs, and it no longer operates as an independent active company.
