The company's primary assets include Karbinal ER, an extended-release antihistamine for allergic rhinitis, and AcipHex Sprinkle, a proton pump inhibitor for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in pediatric patients. Originally part of Avadel Pharmaceuticals and later Cerecor, the entity was acquired by Aytu BioScience in 2019 as part of a strategic expansion into the pediatric market.
