CMS Vision's commercialized portfolio includes the anti-VEGF therapies Lucentis (ranibizumab) and Beovu (brolucizumab) licensed from Novartis, the exclusive Augentropfen Stulln Mono Eye Drops for asthenopia, and the EyeOP1 Glaucoma Treatment Device. Its robust clinical pipeline features Comekibart (MG-K10), a long-acting anti-IL-4Rα monoclonal antibody under NDA review for seasonal allergic rhinitis, Y400, a Phase II tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting VEGF-A and ANG2, and CMS-D017, a self-developed oral complement factor B inhibitor in Phase I development for age-related macular degeneration.
